Please be advised that many projects require homeowners to submit a Property Enhancement Request Form (PERF) AND must receive approval from the Architectural Review Committee (ARC) prior to project start.
Examples of items that require approval include:
Is your home improvement located within the existing interior walls of your home? If so, this one’s easy! You may proceed as you see fit. Compliance applies only to exterior home additions and maintenance, modifications, replacements or upgrades.
We strongly encourage property owners to reference the ARC Guidelines Document, which outlines the ARC process and standards, and contact the ARC with any questions. Reviewing these guidelines will also inform you if you need to complete a Property Enhancement Request Form (PERF)
Property owners should gather all information related to the project (e.g. scope, materials, contractor, documents, photos), and when ready, submit their request via the Property Enhancement Request Form (PERF).
Please be advised the ARC strives for a quick turnaround; however, approval is not automatic. Property owners should not schedule work assuming immediate approval. Upon receipt of a PERF, an ARC member will contact the property owner. Depending on the project, the ARC member may schedule an on-site visit prior to approval.
Property owners may need to alter their original project and should be prepared with alternatives. In such cases, the ARC will clearly specify what does not comply and will not be approved.
All final approvals will be sent from the ARC to the appropriate property owners. Congratulations and we hope your project goes smoothly and brings you much enjoyment once it's completed!

Property owners are encouraged to create residences that reflect their personal style; however, in achieving this goal, it is imperative that enhancements to the homes' exteriors and landscaping compliment those of their neighbors as well as the community at-large. For this reason, all property enhancements must be approved by the ARC, pursuant to the Conditions, Restrictions and Protective Covenants, prior to the commencement of work.
It is the ARC's responsibility to ensure quality materials are used, the external design is in harmony with existing structures, and the location is appropriate with respect to topography and finish grade elevation. We strongly encourage property owners to reference the ARC Guidelines Document, which outlines the ARC process and standards, and contact the ARC with any questions. Failure to comply may result in a fine of up to $100/day per infraction until the project comes into compliance and is approved by the ARC.
