Our Neighborhood
Ashley Woods is located outside Asheville city limits, one mile south of the NC Arboretum off of Brevard Road/Highway 191. Founded in 2000, Ashley Woods has 138 residences. We pride ourselves in being a family-friendly community where neighbors know one another and are willing to lend a helping hand. We are a mix of single adults, married couples, young families and empty nesters.
If You Own Here, You're Part of the POA Family
All Ashley Woods lot owners are members of the Ashley Woods Property Owners Association (POA) and may enjoy all the benefits of being a part of our community. Property owners agree to be bound by the Association's Conditions, Restrictions and Protective Covenants, By-Laws, and Rules and Regulations when they purchase in this neighborhood. We strongly encourage prospective buyers to review these documents to familiarize themselves with our community covenants and rules to ensure this is the perfect neighborhood for you.
